• Shall contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Shall plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Shall research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Shall increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Shall find and develop new markets and improving sales.
• Shall attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Shall develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Shall develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Shall train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Shall saturate designated areas to build client pipeline.

Other Qualification(s):

• Any Sales background (Corporate) and preferably have an experience with Fintech company
