Monitor and assist Major Account Executives in driving TEP and OSA performance
Drive standard KPI performance monitoring
Ad hoc support for the sales and distribution teams
Qualification
A bachelor's degree holder -fresh grad up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Distributive Trade preferably within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry
High MS Excel proficiency (pivot table, etc.).
Strong Leadership capabilities
Communication and People skills.
Collaboration talent and Problem-solving abilities.
Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to do field work and be assigned in Cebu
