- Part of Organizing Team working on initiative ideas, program flow, and set up of events
- Execution Support for logistical preparations (coordinating with speakers and Sodexo team)
- Facilitation of Culture Building events (optional)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences (preferably IE, Engineering or Statistics major)
- Skilled in use automation tools (ex. Power BI)
- Must be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge on CS&L operations
- Knowledgeable in Planning, Forecasting and Supply Chain operations
- Strong Service Orientation
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Critical thinker and highly analytical
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
