Quality Management 

• Assist in the preparation of the list of reopened cases, breached cases, and CSAT comments for root cause analysis
• Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA reports
• Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions from
• CSAT comments
• Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA training and refresher sessions
• Assist in other QA tasks such as maintenance of Quality
• Framework SharePoint pages, creation of communication materials and newsletters, maintenance of QA Dashboard, etc.

Process Excellence 

• Support in the monitoring of continuous improvement projects
• Assist in other Process Excellence tasks such as the creation of communication materials
• Business Continuity Plan 
• Assist in BCP activities and tasks, as necessary

• Technical/Fundamental HR Competencies – general knowledge of Human Resources in a shared services setting
• Quality Management – the ability to perform quality methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, RCA,
  etc.)
