Events & Experience Intern (Rolling Intake)

Join Globe as an Events & Experiences Intern, supporting event planning and execution in a dynamic team environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Assist with event planning, including research, coordination, and material preparation. 
• Be an active member of the event operations team, present on-site during events. 
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics. 
• Assist with post-event tasks, such as feedback collection and reporting. 
• Provide general administrative support to the events team. 
• Actively learn and immerse in all aspects of event management.

About You:

The ideal candidate is: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field. 
• Possesses strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Able to work independently and in a team. 
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks. 
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends for events.
