Your role

• Engages in the different tasks and activities to help grow and improve the business through employee engagement programs.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through the divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Able to assist in content creation - notably graphic design - in order to assist in internal branding and marketing activities that require visuals (i.e. workday posts, mailers, cover photos, etc.
