Employee Lifecycle Specialist Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Specialist who will work with OD Managers to assist in building, preparation, roll out, and postmortem data capture and assessment of the CMG employee lifecycle and engagement programs.

Requirement for OJT / Intern for the ff tasks: 

• Collaborate with ODs, contribute and assist in the execution of OD programs 
• Immerse in CMG to study the current org, ideate, and test roll-out programs related to employee engagement, lifecycle, or pushing for digital culture
• Immerse in target divisions to identify gaps and opportunities to roll in the OD employee lifecycle campaigns.
• Build and lead program rollout based on insights specific to employee lifecycle.
