Employee Experience Intern (Rolling Intake)

Join Globe as an Employee Experience Intern to support HR technology projects and internal communications.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Assists the Employee Experience team in documenting projects related to new HR technologies, internal communications platforms, and design thinking workshops. 
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including brand, customer, and product goals. 
• Rotates through divisions of responsibility, providing ideas to grow and improve the business. 
• Accepts designated business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final projects during the internship. 
• Learns and becomes proficient in internal software systems.

• A strong understanding of company concepts, including brand and customer service. 
• The ability to rotate through various divisions and contribute ideas for business improvement. 
• Proficiency in learning and using internal software systems.
