Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist clients in registering, dissolving, or restructuring legal entities in the country.
• Provide tax and legal advice, and engage with government officers on client-related issues.
• Prepare legal documents such as letters, protests, and memoranda.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate complex legal concepts to clients of various nationalities.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A law degree or be a 4th-year law student.
• A legal background in Tax or Corporate Law is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Willingness to liaise with government agencies.
