Responsible for crafting copy and creating content that will empower Cebu Pacific passengers to have the best booking and flight experiences possible.
Work closely with the user design team for platform (website, mobile application) and product roll-out and enhancements.
Understand online user behavior and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Ensure content is of high quality (grammar, spelling, translation checks), are contextualized and are easy to understand.
Manage CMS page owners and translation processes, and drive user adoption of marketing technology tools.
Ensure CEB brand tone and standards are consistent across all channels.
Work closely with several teams to achieve targets and goals, including conversion rate, ancillary conversion rate, localization, A/B test and user research.
Build new and update existing pages using the content management system and create use cases for IT development.
Evaluate partners, suppliers and agencies.
Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate and/or have completed online courses and/or certificate programs on communications, marketing, digital marketing, UX, Design, Behavioral Science, Psychology, etc.
Must have at least 1 or 1.5 years of strong background in writing or communications related work experience.
Prior work experience and technical knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or any design tools is a huge advantage.
Prior work experience and technical knowledge in HTML, CMS or Salesforce is a huge advantage.
Prior related work experience in an airline, tourism, e-commerce or advertising industries is a huge advantage.
Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment.
