Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Validate crew line-up completeness and maintain rosters amid operational changes.
- Produce pre-departure reports, including check-in sheets and customs documents.
- Modify and maintain crew pairings and rosters.
- Develop and maintain departmental processes and manuals.
- Comply with CAAP regulations and company policies for crew management.
- Arrange logistical support for crew members, including immigration and customs.
- Notify crew members of roster changes.
- Validate crew qualifications and documents for legal duty assignments.
- Prepare and submit required departmental reports.
- Ensure safety, legal, and quality standards are met.
About You:
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a degree from a 4-year course.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in airline crew scheduling, with 1 year in a controlling or planning role.
