Your responsibilities
Establish close working relationships with Cargo RM, Cargo Customer Service, NCC, CLC, and Cargo Operations to maximize daily cargo load factor and optimize flight revenues and maximize the SK MCS (Smart Kargo Managed Capacity Screen) Module as the single source of truth for execution and decision making.
Responsible for the coordination with Operations on the final cargo booking based on the prioritization guidelines and ensuring the recovery of offload cargoes on the next available flight.
Responsible for implementing overbooking levels and recovery of disrupted cargo for inbound/outbound flights based on the agreed service level agreements.

Training & development
Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.

About you
Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course preferably in BS Management, BS Accountancy, BS Applied Mathematics, AB Statistics, AB Economics, or any related field.
Prior related work experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics industry is a plus.
Knowledge and/or familiarity with SK Reservations Systems, AIMs and Tableau is an advantage.
Must have the ability to map out and simplify complex ideas into processes and flowcharts.
Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
