Your role

• Assists the Remedial Officers in the day-to-day activities relating to the efficient management of handled past due accounts with the objective of bringing forth the successful resolution of these endorsed, or flowed hardcore past due loan accounts, and ultimately helping Segment in bringing down the Bank due levels.
• Follows up on required postdated checks from buyers.
• Recommends the cancellation of delinquent accounts.
• Accommodates, resolves, and endorses complaints and concerns of buyers to appropriate departments.
