Join Allegro's mission-driven team as a Payroll Specialist, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Prepares payroll for various employee categories using MyHR Timekeeping and Payroll System.
- Uploads income/deductions such as advances, loans, and benefits into the system.
- Manages ATM payroll uploads and employee payments via online banking.
- Provides technical support for payroll timecard exceptions.
- Communicates payroll cut-off announcements and deadlines.
- Facilitates Employee Orientation, Tax Forum, and Benefits & Payroll Refresher activities.
- Prepares labor analysis, headcount, and overtime reports.
- Computes employee benefits including 13th month pay and tax refunds.
- Transmits monthly contributions and loans through online banking.
- Prepares Alphalist for Non-Exempt employees.
- Supports ETQ and Financial/SOX audits.
- Addresses employee queries on payroll and related matters.
- Initiates system improvements and performs additional duties as assigned.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A college degree, preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- At least three years of relevant experience in timekeeping and payroll processing; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Above-average computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting functions.
- Attention to detail and ability to explain financial details.
- Understanding of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

You need to go to a lot of training in order to cope with a fast-paced company however it will help your growth as an individual employee to test your abilities.
Working schedule
So far I have not encountered the worst thing or any bad experience in the company, and i'm grateful for that.
